"UK calls" on the Plus and Unlimited plans means ordinary landlines and mobiles. Some UK-looking numbers cost more to reach, and those come from Credit instead.

Included in your allowance

  • 01 and 02 landlines.

  • 07 mobiles on EE, O2, Vodafone and Three, and the standard-rate networks that use them: giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile, BT Mobile, iD Mobile and SMARTY.

  • 0800 and 0808 freephone. Free and never counted.

Charged from Credit at the rate card

  • 03 numbers.

  • 084, 087 and 09 service numbers.

  • 118 directory enquiries.

  • 070 and 076 personal and pager numbers.

  • Lycamobile and Lebara mobiles.

  • Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, including their 01 and 07 ranges.

  • International numbers.

  • Satellite numbers.

Not allowed on any plan

Olatti is for running a business, not for bulk calling. The following are prohibited: telemarketing and cold calling, lead generation and market research calling, call or contact centre use, auto, predictive or power diallers, robocalls and voice broadcasting, open-line monitors or intercoms, trunking or bulk forwarding abroad, resale, credential sharing, and anything that artificially inflates traffic.

Check a number before you dial

Go to Settings > Billing > Call rates. Type a number into Check call rate by number and click Check, or search a country in Check call rate by country / region for the maximum rate per minute to landlines and mobiles there.

The Call rates tab: check a rate by number, or browse rates by country

Good to know

  • Inbound calls and calls between colleagues are free and don't count.

  • The Call rates tab shows maximum rates. Most calls cost less.
