Voice, transcription and summarisation run on Olatti's own infrastructure, in our own UK data centres. Not a third-party AI provider, not a transcription service in another country.
What that covers
Calls are carried and recorded on infrastructure we run.
Transcripts and summaries of calls and voicemails are produced on our own systems. Your conversations aren't sent to an outside AI service to be processed.
Meetings and their recordings likewise.
Who's responsible for what
Olatti is the processor for your communications data: calls, recordings, transcripts, summaries, voicemail, messages, contacts and call-flow settings. You're the controller, and a Data Processing Addendum covers how we handle it for you.
For your account, billing, support and website data, Olatti is the controller.
Sub-processors
We use some third-party services for parts of the platform that aren't voice or transcription. Any transfer outside the UK is covered by UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Email privacy@olatti.com for the current list.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is on a need-to-know basis with logging and monitoring, and the network and infrastructure are hardened. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, email security@olatti.com.
