How billing works: prepaid, Credit and allowances
Your plan is paid in advance, calls outside your allowance come from Credit, and nothing important stops when Credit runs out.

Olatti is prepaid. Your plan is billed at the start of each period, and anything outside the plan, such as calls beyond your allowance or to numbers the allowance doesn't cover, is taken from a Credit balance you top up.
Where to see it
Admins find everything under Settings > Billing. The Overview tab shows your plan and when the next payment is due, your Credit balance with an Add credit button, the minutes used against your allowance, and how many numbers, users and devices you have. Invoices lists every bill. Call rates lets you check what any number or country costs before you dial.

The plan
You pay per user per month, monthly or annually. A user is one person with their own login, number access and apps. You're only billed for people who have accepted their invite and become active, not for invitations sent. Plans renew automatically and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Allowances
Plus includes 1,000 UK minutes per user each calendar month, split 500 landline and 500 mobile, pooled across everyone on the plan. Unlimited has no minute count, subject to fair use. Metered has no allowance and charges every call.
Allowances reset each calendar month and don't carry over. Inbound calls and calls between colleagues are never counted. Olatti warns the account owner at 75% and 100% of the pool.
Credit
Credit pays for what the plan doesn't: minutes past the allowance at 1p a minute to UK landlines and 5p to UK mobiles, and calls to numbers outside the allowance, such as 03, 084, 087, 09, 118 and international, at the rate card.
Calls are billed per minute, rounded up to the next whole minute.
Credit isn't a deposit, earns no interest and can't be transferred.
Once added it isn't refundable, but it doesn't expire while your account is open. If you close the account, it's held for 90 days and then forfeited.
Top up Credit
Go to Settings > Billing and click Add credit on the Overview tab. Credit shows as a £ balance beside "Covers calls outside your plan".
When Credit runs out
Chargeable outbound calls stop until you top up. Everything else carries on: inbound calls, calls between colleagues, calls inside your allowance, and 999 and 112.
Good to know
Prices exclude VAT.
