The Olatti eSIM line: your business number on your own mobile

A second, business line on the phone you already carry, using the phone's own dialler and the mobile network.

The eSIM line puts your Olatti number on your own mobile as a second line. You call and answer from the phone's normal dialler, over the mobile network, and Olatti handles the call like any other: recorded, transcribed, in your history, following your call flow.

What it is

  • A second line, not a second phone. Your personal number stays as it is. The Olatti number sits beside it, and the phone shows you which line a call is on.

  • The normal dialler. No app to open. Calls use the mobile network's voice service, so they work where a voice call works, including places with poor data.

  • Still Olatti. Your caller ID, recording, transcription, voicemail and call flows all apply. The line shows as a device on your account.

  • Personal calls stay personal. Calls on your own SIM don't go anywhere near Olatti.

How you get one

The eSIM line is an optional add-on. Ask for it from the eSIM page on olatti.com, or email support@olatti.com. We check your handset is compatible, approve the line, and email you a QR code.

Set it up

  1. On your phone, open the email and scan the QR code, or tap the link on the phone itself.

  2. Follow the phone's prompts to add the eSIM. Name it "Olatti" so it's easy to tell apart.

  3. Choose which line the phone uses by default for new calls. Most people keep their personal SIM as default and pick Olatti per contact.

The phone remembers which line you used for each contact, so calling a customer back uses the Olatti line without you thinking about it.

Good to know

  • Any eSIM-capable iPhone or Android. A very small number of handsets aren't compatible; we'll say so when you apply.

  • Emergency calls from the eSIM line go over the mobile network in the normal way.

  • Roaming and texting are available; ask us for what's included before you travel.
