Contacts in Olatti come in three kinds: colleagues, who are added automatically; shared contacts, which everyone in the company can see; and personal contacts, which only you can see.

The three types

  • Colleague. Everyone on your Olatti account, with their extension. Added and removed by your admin through User management.

  • Shared. Customers, suppliers and anyone else the whole team should be able to find and call. Anyone can add one; everyone sees it.

  • Personal. Contacts only you can see, such as family or a personal supplier. They stay private to your login on every device.

Add a contact

  1. Open Contacts and click Add contact.

  2. Choose Individual.

  3. Fill in the name, company and numbers, and choose whether the contact is shared with the team or personal to you.

  4. Save.

To add many at once, choose Bulk import instead and upload a file.

Find and call

The Contacts page header: All contacts, Favourites, Colleagues and External tabs, the Added by filter, search and Add contact
  • Use the tabs at the top: All contacts, Favourites, Colleagues, External.

  • Press ⌘F (or Ctrl+F) to search by name, company or number.

  • Hover a row: the phone icon calls, the star adds them to Favourites, and the three dots open edit and delete.

  • Added by filters shared contacts by who created them.

Good to know

  • On mobile, your phone's own contacts appear alongside Olatti's in the same list.

  • Favourites are personal. Starring a contact doesn't change it for anyone else.
