System requirements
What you need to run Olatti on the web, on your desktop, on your phone and on a desk phone.

Olatti is light on requirements. A current browser, a computer that can run it, a headset or a decent microphone, and an internet connection that isn't struggling.
Web app
A current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Allow microphone access when the browser asks, and camera access for meetings.
Desktop app
Mac or Windows, on a version the current Chrome browser still supports.
About 1 GB of free disk space. The app itself is around 800 MB.
4 GB of memory or more. It runs alongside your other apps, so more is better on a busy machine.
The desktop app adds the summon key, the voice assistant and auto-start. If your computer can run a modern browser comfortably, it can run the desktop app.
Mobile app
An iPhone or Android phone that can install the current version from the App Store or Google Play. The eSIM line needs an eSIM-capable handset.
Desk phones
Supported Yealink models on a network with DHCP, wired or Wi-Fi. See Set up a Yealink desk phone.
Connection
A call uses roughly 100 kbps each way. What matters more is stability: a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi beats a fast but flaky one. On mobile, Wi-Fi is preferable to a weak mobile signal. If Olatti is used on an office network with a strict firewall, ask us for the traffic to allow.
