Start a video meeting

Meet now, or join a meeting with a code, from the Meet page.

Meet is Olatti's video meeting room. Start one in a click, join one with a code, and have the recording land in History with everything else.

Meet now

  1. Open Meet in the sidebar.

  2. Click Meet now.

  3. Share the meeting with the people you want: colleagues from Olatti, or anyone outside with the link or code.

Join a meeting

Open Meet, type the Code you've been given, and click Join.

In the meeting

  • Camera and microphone controls, screen sharing, and a chat with files and reactions.

  • Audio-only mode drops the video both ways: you send no camera and receive none. Handy on a poor connection.

  • Meetings can be recorded. On Plus, recordings are kept for a month; on Unlimited, three years. Admins can turn on Automatic meeting recording so every meeting records as soon as people join.

Good to know

  • Check your camera and microphone under Settings > Audio and video before your first meeting.

  • Meeting recordings and transcripts sit in History alongside your calls.
