You can bring your existing number to Olatti and it keeps working until the moment it moves. A port costs £20 up front, then £5 a month for the number. Most UK ports complete within a few working days to a couple of weeks.
How it works
Submit the request at olatti.com/porting. Give us the number, or the whole range if you have several, the name of your current provider and your account details with them.
We handle the paperwork. Olatti raises the port with your current provider and agrees a switch-over date with you. Don't cancel your old contract until the port has completed, or the number can be lost.
The number goes live on Olatti. On the agreed day, calls to the number start arriving in Olatti. There's no gap in service. Your old contract ends automatically.
Start a port
Everything begins at olatti.com/porting. Fill in the form there and we take it from that point. If you're already signed in, you can also request it under Settings > Billing > Services > Number port.
What it costs
£20 when the port is raised, then £5 a month for each ported number, on top of your plan. Prices exclude VAT.
Which providers
Any major UK network, including BT, Vodafone, EE, O2, Virgin Media and TalkTalk, plus most other UK and international carriers. If yours isn't listed, ask us; the answer is usually yes.
What we need from you
The number or range to port.
Your current provider's name and your account details with them, exactly as they hold them. Mismatched details are the usual reason a port is rejected.
Anything else your provider requires, which we'll tell you once the request is in.
Good to know
A number you port is yours to use for as long as you're an Olatti customer, and you can port it out again if you ever leave.
Once the number is live, assign it to a call flow or to a person under Settings > Numbers.
Until the port completes, calls to the number still ring your old provider. Set up your call flow in advance so the switch-over is smooth.
Tell us the address to register against the number for emergency calls. See Emergency calls on Olatti.
