Callers on hold hear Olatti's default music unless you give them something else. Admins can pick a different sound or upload their own from Global settings.
Before you start
You need to be an admin. The setting applies to every user on the account.
Steps
Go to Settings > Global settings and stay on Account settings.
Scroll to Music on hold.
To hear what callers get now, click Play.
To use your own, click Upload and choose an audio file. To go back to Olatti's music, pick Default from the list.
Click Save.
The change applies to the next call anyone puts on hold.
Good to know
Keep it short and clean. Callers hear it from the start each time they're put on hold, so a few minutes of something calm beats a whole album.
If you use commercial music, you need the rights to play it to callers. A licence-free track or a spoken message is the safe choice.
The same page has the account's other shared settings: which features are allowed, the default caller ID, and who can monitor calls.
