Invite guests who don't have Olatti

Customers and suppliers can join your meetings without an account or an app.

People outside your company can join an Olatti meeting without an account and without installing anything. Send them the link or the code and they open it in a browser.

Steps

  1. Start a meeting with Meet now.

  2. Copy the meeting link or code and send it however you like: email, message, calendar invite.

  3. When they open it, they enter a name and join.

Good to know

  • Guests get the same meeting as you: video, screen sharing, chat and reactions.

  • If the meeting is being recorded, say so at the start. The recording is yours to keep lawfully.

  • Colleagues on Olatti can also be invited from the meeting itself.
