Olatti has two access levels, Admin and User, set per person under User management. The person who created the account is the account owner, an admin who also receives the account's notices.

Recordings and transcripts

Being an admin doesn't automatically open everyone's calls. Each person chooses which admins can access their recordings, transcripts and summaries, under their own Settings > Calls > Call content visibility.

The account owner

The account owner's email is where Olatti sends notices about the account: usage warnings, fair-use messages, billing. To change who that is, email support@olatti.com.

Change someone's role

  1. Go to Settings > User management.

  2. Open the person.

  3. Set User type to Admin or User and save.
