Notifications not arriving
You're missing calls or messages because nothing told you. Four settings to check.

If calls or messages arrive without a sound or a banner, one of four layers is switched off: Olatti's own settings, the browser, the operating system, or a quiet window.
1. Olatti's notification settings
Go to Settings > Notifications. Check the event you're missing, incoming calls, missed calls, voicemails or messages, is switched on, that Display notification banners is on, and that a Sound is selected. Click Save.
2. Browser notifications
In the same page, Browser notifications must be on to get notified when the Olatti tab isn't in front. The browser also has to allow it: look for the notification permission in the address bar or the browser's site settings for app.olatti.com.
3. The operating system
On a Mac, System Settings > Notifications must allow your browser or the Olatti desktop app, and Focus modes silence everything. On Windows, check Settings > System > Notifications and that Do Not Disturb is off.
4. A quiet window or the mobile rule
Notifications window limits notifications to set days and hours. Mobile notifications can be set to stay quiet while you're active on the web or desktop app, which is easy to forget when you step away from the desk.
Still nothing
Reload the web app or restart the desktop app, then send a test: ask a colleague to message you. If it still doesn't show, email support@olatti.com with which device and browser you're on.
