Delete a conversation

Remove a direct message or channel from your Messages list.

Deleting a conversation clears it from your Messages list.

Steps

  1. Open Messages and open the conversation.

  2. Click the name at the top of the conversation.

  3. Choose Delete conversation.

You're taken to the next conversation in the list.

Good to know

  • Deleting removes the conversation for you. It doesn't remove it from the other people in it.

  • Files shared in the conversation stay in History against the calls they belong to, if any.
