If something has gone wrong and support hasn't put it right, make a formal complaint. We'd rather hear it than lose you quietly.
How to complain
Email complaints@olatti.com with your company name, what happened, when, and what you'd like us to do. Or write to: Complaints, We UC Ltd, Ariadne House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
What happens next
We acknowledge your complaint, normally within one working day.
Someone looks into it properly and comes back to you with what we found and what we'll do.
We aim to resolve most complaints within a few working days. If it needs longer, we'll say so and keep you updated.
If you're not satisfied
If eight weeks have passed, or we've told you we can't do more (a deadlock letter), you can take it to the Communications Ombudsman, an independent scheme that's free to use. It's open to small businesses, generally those with ten or fewer employees.
