Port your number out of Olatti
Take your number with you if you leave, and how long you have to do it.

Your numbers aren't locked in. If you leave Olatti, you can take them to another provider, and we won't stand in the way.
How it works
Sign up with your new provider and ask them to port the number in. They raise the request with us.
We approve it. Keep your Olatti account open until the port completes, or the number can be lost.
On the agreed date the number moves. Calls stop arriving in Olatti and start with your new provider.
After you cancel
Numbers on a closed account are reserved for 30 days so you can still port them out. After that they may be released. Start the port before you close the account if you can.
Good to know
There's no charge from Olatti for porting out. Your new provider may have their own charges.
Export anything you need from History first. Content is deleted within 90 days of termination, and you have 30 days after ending your account to export it.
You have the right to use a number while you're subscribed; numbers are allocated under the UK numbering plan and Ofcom's rules rather than owned outright.
