Answer and manage incoming calls
What happens when someone calls you, on every device you've signed in to.

When someone calls your number, every device you've set to ring does: the web app in your browser, the desktop app, your mobile and any desk phone. Answer on whichever is closest.
Answer
Web and desktop: an incoming call appears with the caller's name or number. Answer it, or decline and it goes to voicemail or your divert.
Mobile: the call shows as a normal incoming call. Swipe to answer.
Desk phone: lift the handset or press the speaker key.
Who's calling
If the number matches a contact, shared or personal, you see the name. Colleagues show with their extension. Unknown numbers show as the number.
While you're on a call
A second call can come in while you're on the first, because Call waiting is on by default. Answer it and the first call is put on hold. Turn call waiting off under Settings > Calls > Call settings if you'd rather second callers went straight to divert.
Choose what rings, and for how long
Under Settings > Calls > Call sequence, set a ring time for each device. Set one to 0 seconds and it won't ring at all. Under Call divert on the same page, choose where calls go when you're busy, offline, or want everything forwarded.
Ringtone and notifications
Settings > Audio and video > Ringtone picks which speaker plays the ring, useful if you wear a headset but want the ring from your laptop.
Settings > Notifications > Incoming calls sets the sound. Turn on Browser notifications so you see a call when the Olatti tab isn't in front.
Good to know
Calls to a ring group or a call flow ring you according to the flow, not your personal call sequence.
Missed calls collect under History > Missed, with a call-back button.
